All clients require a certification course that will train you to support their customers. Courses are typically between 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the Client Opportunity you’ve chosen. Some also allow for paid training as the course progresses. Note: There is no fee to enroll in the Training Classes, however you may be subject to a $20 "No-Show" fee if you do show up to class. Before you can enroll in a course, you must be at least 18 years old, pass a series of assessments, including English comprehension and a voice check.

Please Also Note - Arise has a $30 Background Check fee. All of DML Agents are eligible for reimbursement within 30 days of servicing their first client.

 After you've passed the certification course, a Statement of Work (SOW) is issued. This is a limited contract that lists the details of the specific terms in addition to those stated in the initial client opportunity. The SOW will also include required performance metrics, as well as other expectations for servicing customers. Now you are ready to make your own schedule! Shifts are available in 30-minute intervals on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Agents must meet a 15 - 20 hours weekly minimum (varies by Client) and may include a short weekend commitment.
