Are there any long term contracts?
There are no long term contracts to signup for our services. However, we do require a written assignment and payment agreement in place.
Can I use a factoring company?
Yes, you can use any factoring company you like. If you opt for our billing services we will follow the guidelines of your factoring company. Otherwise, we will make sure that we provide you loads from brokers that have a good credit history.
Do I need to fill out Broker Packages for any new Brokers?
You do not have to. We will fill out and take care of all required paperwork for you. The only thing we will need from you is your carrier packet.
Do I have to use Dispatch My Load for my Fleet?
No, you do not have to assign all your fleet to be dispatched by us. But we would love to earn your business and ultimately dispatch all your fleet.
How do we access the rate confirmations?
Upon acceptance of the load by a driver, we will email the driver a copy of the rate confirmation. Moreover, you have access to all your rate confirmations and loads on the online portal.
How does Dispatch My Load bill me?
We will send you an invoice with the total bookings after one week which is payable upon receipt. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
