Dispatch My Load doesn't work with all carriers and drivers. Over the past few years, our customers and brokers expect the best from our service. We provide carriers who are great to customers that are great and so far it work and it works very well.  If our requirements don't match up with yours. We wish you the best of luck. 

Driver Requirements

• Must have current valid driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must have your Authority 
• Be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English
• Be in good health
• Have no more than 1 preventable accident within the last 12 months
• Have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• All Felony charges must have been cleared. We move a lot of very important freight. 
• No Sex Crime charges
• No Terroristic Threats
• Have no alcohol-related charges in a personal vehicle or drug possession convictions in the last 5 years and only one conviction of either in the last 10 years
• Have no drug distribution-related felony charges in the last 10 years

Vehicle Requirements

• Five (5) years old or newer
• Haul between 2,500-3,000 lbs.
• A Gross Vehicle Weight Rating less than 10,000 lbs
• Tires must be LT 225 - 265 rated
• E-Track freight restraints in the van preferred
• 2 straps for each skid
• A 96’ Cargo area length
  • Door opening needs to be 48” x 48”
• No window vans preferred or back and side windows must be tinted
• Valid Empty Weight ticket
• Plywood fastened to the floor of the cargo area preferred
• All doors and locks must work properly
• No extensive damage to vehicle
• Windshield free of cracks
• All lights, horn, wipers, and washer nozzles are functional
• Brakes are functional and have pad life

Driver Requirements

• Be at least 23 years of age
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English 
• Must have a valid class A or B license
• Have state-issued Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements 
• Current license suspensions or revocation in the last 6 months must be accompanied by written explanation and approved by the Committee
• Recent license suspensions shall not exceed 3 in a 3-year period
• Be in good health
• Valid Medical Card required by DOT certified physician – must be current
• Have no chargeable DOT recordable accidents within the last 12 months
• Have no more than 1 preventable accidents within the last 12 months
• No defined Serious violations within the last 12 months
• Have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

Vehicle Requirements

• Ten (10) years old or newer
• DOT approved sleeper or you will have to stay in a hotel 
• 22’- 26’ box length
• 4,000 lbs. or greater carrying capacity
• Box opening 96” x 96” or greater
• Minimum of two (2) rows of E-Track, 2 load bars and 4 straps
• Dolly legs unless truck has tandem axles
• Dock High – 48” or better
• Valid Empty Weight Ticket
• No extensive damage to vehicle
• Windshield free of cracks
• All lights, horn, wipers, and washer nozzles are functional
• Brakes are functional and have pad life
